Delivery

How to order

- Register with the e-shop as we will need your delivery and contact details every time (telephone number / whatsapp / email etc.)
- Browse our products on the store.
- Select the product from the options available, for larger amounts increase the quantity ordered.
- Complete the payment with the checkout basket. (delivery free not included)
- Once we receive your online order, our team will contact you to confirm your order, check your delivery location, inform you of delivery costs, brief you on the schedule required to prepare the order, and a specific time and date for delivery.
- We will use Go Send to deliver the order on the time and date scheduled.

Delivery details

For all our products we need up to 3 working days (excluding Sundays) to prepare your order and deliver to you. We butcher whole animals from our farms, so sometimes we will need a couple of days to prepare larger orders or specific cuts. Of course if we have the items available we can deliver quicker too.

Delivery fees

- We only deliver within Kota Jakarta (not in Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, South Tangerang and Bekasi).
- Delivery fees will be charged separately from your order via personal message from our team.
- For below 2 million we charge a delivery fee. This will be quoted after the checkout procedure. We offer free delivery for all orders over 2 million. 

Returns policy

We pride ourselves on the highest quality products and service. Every item is in perfect condition when its leaves our butchery premises and our delivery vehicle has cold storage. Please check your items and notify us same day as your delivery if there are any issues.
